SGL software products come with one year's support free of charge.
To continue to receive support, and to ensure that you receive all
software upgrades free of charge, a current Maintenance and Support
contract is required. Please contact your SGL reseller or Authorized
Xinet Integrator (AXI) for details on renewing Maintenance and Support
contracts.
First-line
support for SGL products is provided by our highly-trained network
of resellers and Authorized Xinet Integrators (AXIs). These companies
are trained by SGL and Xinet staff to be able to provide a high
level of support directly to the customer.
The
resellers and AXIs are backed by Xinet and SGL's engineering and
support teams, so that in the unlikely event that an AXI is unable
to resolve an issue they have open access to the highest levels
of support and development staff, right up to the teams that actually
write the software.
