Industry veteran Douglas Wynn joins SGL as regional sales manager

Software Generation Ltd (SGL), a leading provider of content archive and storage management software for media and entertainment, has today announced Douglas Wynn as Regional Sales Manager. Responsible for the Eastern American and Canadian territories, Wynn has held a number of key roles with prominent companies within the industry.

Wynn joins a highly successful sales team at SGL, which has seen the company win major orders with broadcasters across the US and Canada. His previous roles in the broadcast sector include Broadcast Development Manager, Harris Corporation, where he was responsible for successfully bringing a new line of Media Asset Management solutions and automation (enterprise level software) to media/entertainment and government markets. He has also held high level sales roles with SeaChange, iNews, Lightworks and Tektronix.

I have been closely associated with the storage sector of the broadcast business for some time and have built up a strong network of contacts over the last 20 years.
